Parent Engagement

Parent Engagement

Sha Tin College embarks on initiatives to underscore our commitment to fostering a supportive and engaged school community, addressing the wellbeing needs of students and parents through strong family engagement.

Support Group

Parents Support Group sessions are offered in both English and Chinese. These sessions provide a safe space for parents to build empathy and capacity to address the challenges and celebrate the triumphs of parenting within our unique context.

Coffee Mornings

Led by our Heads of Section, the Middle School and Senior School Coffee Mornings create opportunities for parents to learn more about key initiatives in the school and build relationships with other parents within the community.

Youth Mental Health First Aid Programme

Training in Youth Mental Health First Aid is offered to students and parents. This programme contributes to raising awareness and equipping parents and students with essential mental health first aid skills.
